There is one thing about it though, when I used to do this all the time, I was in fairly good shape. But as my job became more desk oriented, I started to lose that muscle tone. (I did a quick check on muscle mass a couple of weeks ago, and it was at 14. Three years ago, it was at 8. That isn't a good trend.) So, now that I'm running around it's kind of like working out, so hopefully, after a few months, some of that tone will return.
I still can't believe how fast the year has flown by. Like I said, Christmas is almost here. The cooler weather is hinting at the onset of winter. And I don't feel like I got anything accomplished this summer.
