So, as usual, I'm not getting enough sleep. Went to bed at uhhhhh, 1:30 this morning. So, when the alarm went off at 5:30, guess who slept through. Woke up at 7:00. Was only about 20 minutes late coming in, but I'm still dragging.
I have gotten a several things done this morning. Things I've been procrastinating doing. Still have 3 or 4 more that need to be done this week.
I've been experiencing quite a few more anxiety attacks recently. I'm actually thinking about making an appointment to go see the doctor. I went a few years back and told another doctor about what I was feeling, physically. Only touched on the emotional. At the time, he wanted to put me on Prozac, which I refused. Maybe I need to reexamine that avenue, with a different drug.
