Well, mom's results are very good. The new medication appears to have healed all of the ulcerations in her esophagus. However, as usual, she is experiencing the side-effects of the drug that are listed in the "very rarely" category. So, the doc gave her some samples of a different drug to try for the next month. He wants to see if this works as well without causing the severe leg cramps.

She is still concerned that she can't take any of her arthritis medication, so she is experiencing some pain and discomfort from that, as well. And she still has to go back in for more tests, next month, to see whether the lumps discovered in her last mammogram are serious.

Other than that, pretty much a regular day.........
