I guess I must be a stupid fuck, since obviously I can not convey a concept to other people that they can understand and apply. I explained how our system works, to people on multiple occasions. However, today, I get piled with procedures that need to be updated immediately before the audit tomorrow. When I tell them I need certain things to do this, they look at me like I'm an alien.
Suddenly I get all these excuses that they don't know anything about these other constraints and requirements, this is the first they've heard of them.
Also, we agreed, two weeks ago, there would be NO MORE updates, prior to the audit, tomorrow.
So I've spent the last two hours, updating procedures on our intranet, to match they're updates. Why did I suggest going electronic? Knowing I'm the webmaster for our intranet, and that I have to do all of the publishing. Why did I think it would be different this time?
